Game Details:

This title is a hidden gem for shmup and tokusatsu fans. The game features beautiful graphics, faithfully recreating the mecha designs and kaiju from *Ultraseven*. There are 7 stages in total, covering classic settings from city streets and polar regions to even a space fortress. Each fighter has distinct firepower and speed: Unit 1 has a wide attack range, Unit 2 features strong piercing shots, and Unit 3 boasts extremely high burst damage. Its unique "Support System" allows players to summon Ultraseven at critical moments to unleash the "Emerium Ray" or "Eye Slugger." This is not only visually spectacular but also crucial for clearing the game on higher difficulties.

Game Guide:

  • Fighter Analysis:
    • Ultra Hawk 1: Recommended for beginners. Its wide shot spread is ideal for clearing out swarms of weaker enemies (like the Alien Baltan ships).
    • Ultra Hawk 3: Best for advanced players. While its fire is concentrated forward, its fully upgraded piercing damage can quickly take down large BOSSes (like King Joe).
  • When to Summon Ultraman: In this game, the bomb button summons Ultraseven. Don't wait until you're about to be hit, as there's a slight delay in the summoning animation. Use it decisively when a BOSS enters its second phase and unleashes a screen-filling bullet pattern, or when the screen is overwhelmed with elite kaiju. This will clear the screen using the summon's invincibility frames and high damage.
  • Collecting "P" Icons: Defeating certain enemies will drop red "P" icons. This is the only way to upgrade your weapon level. There are four weapon levels in total, and your firepower drops significantly each time you die. Therefore, in later stages, staying alive is more important than scoring more kills.
  • Targeting BOSS Weak Points: Most kaiju BOSSes have obvious weak points. For instance, when facing King Joe, you should prioritize destroying the connection points between its four segments to limit its movement. Against Eleking, be careful to avoid the electrical discharge from its tail; attacking diagonally from its flank is most effective.
