The positions and methods of appearance of many enemies are completely different from those in the second generation, and the level difficulty and freshness have also increased accordingly. The most obvious change is the expansion of the weapon system: new powerful weapons such as "Iron Lizard" and "Sunset Wave" have been added, as well as various "large weapons" (such as Big H, Big L), making the player's firepower choices more diverse. 1、Make good use of slide and grenades:

• Slide (Jump key + Down): This is the most important life-saving skill in "X". When the character slides, their body will be very low, which can avoid most of the bullets and lasers fired horizontally. When facing dense ground enemies or large BOSSes, sliding and jumping to avoid attacks is a basic skill.
• Grenades: Grenades are the key to clearing the field and dealing instant high damage to BOSSes. Beginners should not be stingy with grenades, and use them decisively when enemies are piled up, it's difficult to clear the field, or during BOSS battles. Especially when facing tank BOSSes, the damage efficiency of grenades is extremely high.

2、Vehicle Utilization:

• Vehicles are extra health: Vehicles are essentially your second life. Only when the vehicle explodes will the character be forced to jump out. Try to let the vehicle take the damage.
• Vehicle self-destruct: When the vehicle's health is too low or about to be surrounded by a large number of enemies, press the exit key (press the jump and fire keys at the same time) to trigger a powerful self-destruct while leaving the vehicle, which can effectively clear the mobs on the screen and cause considerable damage to the BOSS. This is a means of clearing the field in times of crisis.

3、Hostage Rewards and Weapon Selection:

• Rescue Hostages: Each hostage rescued will settle scores at the end of the level, and the hostages will also reward powerful weapons or grenades. Be sure to save the hostages when you see them.
• "Big" weapons first: When you pick up "large" weapons (such as Big H - Heavy Machine Gun, Big L - Laser Gun), their trajectory is wider and their damage is higher. They should be used as the main firepower output, but before entering the next level or BOSS battle, if there are not many enemies remaining in the current level, you can consider exhausting them to ensure that you get the next new weapon.
