Game Details:

"VR Racing Deluxe Edition" is one of SEGA's flagship titles launched to showcase the performance of its 32X expansion hardware. Compared to the original Mega Drive version, thanks to the 32X's graphics processing capabilities, this work features smoother graphics, more polygons, richer details, and is closer to the arcade original experience. The core gameplay of the game is arcade-style time racing, where players must pass checkpoints during a five-lap race to earn more time.

Game Guide:

  • Big Forest: The curves are mostly medium-high speed curves; pay attention to avoid the obstacles on both sides of the track.
  • Bay Bridge: Has long straights and high-speed curves, which is the best place to test the prototype car's top speed. The key is to control the long-distance high-speed curves on the bridge and not be blown off the track by the side wind (imaginary).
  • Acropolis: The curves are more rapid and the field of vision is limited, requiring deceleration and turning in advance. This is a track that tests the drifting skills of touring cars.
  • Highlands: Includes some unique square right-angle curves, requiring a later entry point and more precise braking.
  • Beach Park: The track surface may contain areas similar to sand, which will affect grip. You must be cautious and avoid drifting and sharp turns in these areas.
