To complete the long continental courses in Super Hang-On, timing your Turbo boost is key. When your speed hits the 280 km/h cap, pressing the Turbo button will push it even higher. However, while boosting, your motorcycle's turning radius increases dramatically, so it's only recommended to keep it active on long straights or very gentle curves.

Cornering Strategy: For most medium corners, the correct technique is "rhythmic throttle control." Briefly release the throttle just before entering the turn while leaning into the inside, then immediately accelerate once your bike is pointing toward the exit. If the turn is too sharp, you can tap the brakes for a very short duration. Remember, colliding with roadside billboards or obstacles is disastrous; not only will you crash and lose a significant amount of time, but your speed will also drop to zero.

Course Selection & Planning: Beginners should start with the "Africa Course" (Beginner), which features shorter stages and gentler curves. As your skills improve, you'll need to master "traffic avoidance" when tackling the "Europe Course" (Expert). AI opponents will frequently occupy the optimal racing line in later stages, so it's advisable to leave half a bike's width of space when overtaking.
