Game Details:

This game inherits the core gameplay essence of *Sunset Riders*, allowing players to flexibly jump up and down and slide to dodge bullets. The game offers five distinct characters, each with thrown weapons (like shurikens and kunai) that have unique trajectories and attack ranges. In addition to standard shooting, players automatically switch to stylish melee slashes in close quarters, and this blend of ranged and close-quarters combat feels incredibly satisfying. The level design is highly imaginative, from speeding ski lifts to crumbling skyscrapers. The stage progression, combined with an epic soundtrack, creates an immersive experience for players, much like a Hollywood action movie.

Game Guide:

To beat this difficult, hardcore arcade game, the key is to master the "slide" and "platform switching." The bullet density in this game is extremely high, making it hard to dodge by simply moving left and right. Using the "Down + Jump" slide allows you to evade bullets while quickly closing in on enemies to trigger an instant-kill melee attack.

  • Power-up Strategy: Various power-up items will drop throughout the stages, especially "Double Fire (Double)" and "Firepower Up." It's recommended to prioritize collecting the blue and red upgrade orbs to increase your attack's spread. Since your firepower resets to the initial level upon death, prioritizing survival is always more important than getting kills in chaotic fights.
  • Boss Fight Tips: Take the first stage's tank boss as an example: don't get greedy with your attacks. Use the vertically moving platforms on the far left of the screen to bait its attacks. For large mid-to-late-game bosses, their weak spots are the parts that glow red. Additionally, the game has a "bomb" mechanic (a screen-clearing special attack). It's best to save it for boss phases with complex and hard-to-dodge bullet patterns, rather than using it to clear out minor enemies.
  • Multiplayer Coop: When playing in two-player mode, it's recommended that one player provides suppressive fire from the upper platforms while the other clears out the lower path. This layered defense strategy effectively reduces blind spots and prevents fatal sneak attacks from ninjas jumping out of the shadows.
