Game Details:

This title is known as Fighter's History Dynamite in its Japanese version, and its most distinct feature is the unique "Weak Point System." Each character has a specific accessory (such as a headband, wristband, or vest) that serves as their weak point. During a match, if this spot is hit several times in a row, the accessory will fall off and force the character into a dizzied state, adding a deep layer of strategy to the gameplay. Compared to its predecessor, this installment simplifies the controls to four buttons—light and heavy punches and kicks—while increasing combo freedom and character movement speed. In addition to classic characters returning from the previous game, new fighters have been added, including the Taekwondo user Yungmie and Zazie from Kenya. The final bosses, Karnov and Clown, are also now playable characters, greatly enhancing the game's replayability.

Game Guide:

I. Master the Weak Point System (Advanced Core Mechanic)

This is the key to victory in the game. For example, the protagonist Makoto Mizoguchi's weak point is the "white headband" on his head, while Ray's is the "lightning bolt emblem" on his chest. When an opponent's weak point starts to flash, it means just one more hit will daze them.

  • Attacker: You should specifically use high, mid, and low attacks to target the opponent's weak point.
  • Defender: Once you see your weak point flashing, you must protect it by blocking more carefully or creating distance until the daze meter resets after a period of time.

II. Select Character Tips:

  • Mizoguchi: An extremely well-balanced character. His 'Tiger Cannon' (projectile) and 'Continuous Air Kicks' are excellent zoning tools. After dazing an opponent via their weak point, follow up with his powerful Tsuppari punch for devastating damage.
  • Yungmie: Possesses a unique double jump, giving her incredible mobility. Her kicks have a wide hitbox, making them ideal for applying aerial pressure and targeting an opponent's head-based weak point.
  • Karnov: As the boss from the previous game, his fireballs are multi-hitting, and he possesses a unique instant dash. He can quickly build up damage on an opponent's weak point by covering a large area with flames.

III. General Combat Tips:

  • Linking Combos: This game allows you to link into special moves after chaining light attacks. It's recommended to practice 'Light Punch/Kick Opener -> Special Move' combos.
  • Counter-Attacking: Dodge an opponent's heavy attack by back-dashing or retreating, then immediately counter. Heavy attacks in this game have significant recovery lag, creating the perfect opportunity to strike a weak point.
