This title's visual style differs significantly from the console versions, featuring larger, more detailed character models and a darker, more eerie atmosphere. Players must battle through six challenging stages, from a dilapidated cemetery and grim underground waterways all the way to Dracula's throne. The game retains the series' traditional sub-weapon system—including the Dagger, Cross, and Holy Water—but their acquisition and handling lean more towards fast-paced, arcade-style gameplay. As an arcade title, enemy damage is extremely high and recovery items are scarce, placing incredibly strict demands on the player's positioning and reflexes. Each stage's boss battle is a true test of skill.

Game Guide:

• Master the Whip's Range: In the arcade version, Simon's attack has a longer startup animation and a precise hitbox. You must master the maximum range of the whip's tip, using proper spacing to kill enemies before they can touch you. Remember not to get greedy with your attacks, especially when facing fast-moving bats and leaping skeletons.
• Strategic Sub-Weapon Choice: 
• Holy Water: Extremely effective against slow, ground-based enemies and certain bosses, it deals damage over time and can cause a brief stun.
• Cross (Boomerang): Offers the widest coverage, making it the best choice for clearing out ranged mobs and flying units.
• Using Stairs and Terrain: The stairs in the arcade version are a nightmare for many players, as you cannot turn around quickly while on them. It's recommended to clear nearby enemies before getting on a staircase, or use a Jump Attack to avoid situations where you're forced to fight on the stairs.
• Core Boss Battle Strategies:
• Stage 1 (Medusa): Her pattern is very predictable. Pay attention to her head movements and jump to dodge the petrification beam. Unleash your full offense when she lands.
• Final Dracula: The final battle requires immense patience, as Dracula's large size means his contact damage is very high. It's recommended to save your most powerful sub-weapon and keep your health as high as possible before he transforms into his second form.
• Resource Management: Candles or walls in the environment may hide health recovery items, but they are extremely rare. When your health is low, you should focus on defense and evasion, and avoid trying to trade hits to defeat tough enemies.
