Pokémon Gaia is a long-term labor of love by the renowned ROM hacking expert Spherical Ice. The game is set in the historic Orbtus region, once home to a prosperous ancient civilization that was wiped out by a massive earthquake. Now, frequent tremors have returned, and a villainous organization is plotting to harness the power of ancient Legendary Pokémon. Players take on the role of a young archaeological assistant tasked with investigating the cause of the earthquakes and preventing another disaster.
