Mega Man Battle Network 6: Cybeast Gregar is a GBA action RPG released by CAPCOM in Japan in November 2005 and North America in 2006. As the final chapter of the Mega Man Battle Network series, the story follows Lan Hikari, who moves to Cyber City due to his father's job transfer and encounters "WWW," a mysterious organization aiming to resurrect two ancient Cybeasts. To stop the crisis, MegaMan absorbs the "Gregar" Beast Out power. With its deep folder strategy and refined Cross System, this title provides a perfect conclusion to the series.

Cross System:

The Gregar version allows players to unlock Crosses for SlashMan, HeatMan, ElecMan, EraseMan, and ChargeMan. Heat Cross (boosts charged Fire attacks, Fire chips +50 damage) and Slash Cross (can pierce shields and invincibility states) are highly recommended for easily handling most common enemies and bosses.

Beast Out Mechanism:

Press the B button during battle to trigger Beast Out, granting lock-on jumps, auto-fire, and massive damage boosts. However, it is limited to 3 turns per battle; exceeding this limit results in a "Tired" state where HP continuously drains. It is advised to save Beast Out for concentrated damage during a boss's vulnerable phase.

Folder Building Principles:

Endgame Strategy:

When facing the final boss, Cybeast Gregar, observe the telegraphs for its claw swipes and screen-wide laser. Use Slash Cross’s long-range attacks to pierce the weak point on its head. When it unleashes Beast Roar, trigger Beast Out to evade and counter with a high-damage PA combo to secure victory.
