Game Details:

Mega Man Battle Network 4: Blue Moon is an action RPG developed by Capcom, released for the GBA in Japan in December 2003 and in North America in 2004. The story follows Lan Hikari and MegaMan.EXE as they face a massive asteroid hurtling toward Earth. They must not only fight through the "Blue Moon Tournament" but also thwart the schemes of the dark organization, Nebula. This entry introduces the "Soul Unison" and "Emotion Window" systems for the first time, replacing the previous Style Change system and significantly enhancing tactical depth and replayability.

Game Guide:

Blue Moon Exclusive Soul Unisons:

This version features Aqua Soul, Wood Soul, Wind Soul, Metal Soul, Junk Soul, and Number Soul. When facing dense projectiles or difficult bosses, "Aqua Soul" (doubles Water-chip damage and provides healing) and "Metal Soul" (grants flinch resistance and breaks guards with charged shots) are highly recommended to significantly boost survival and damage output.

Emotion Window & Critical Hit Mechanics:

Monitor MegaMan's status icon. Upon entering the "Full Synchro" state, the next chip attack deals double damage and is a guaranteed critical hit, making it the ideal time to unleash a Program Advance (PA) combo.

Playthrough Mechanics & Chip Collection:

You must complete at least three playthroughs to collect all Soul Unisons and high-level V3/SP chips. It is recommended to focus on learning maps and tournament progression during the first run, then build folders around specific PA codes during the second and third runs.

Final Boss: Duo (Meteor Computer) Strategy:

The boss features multiple attack patterns involving its hands and chest core. Stay mobile in the back row to dodge cracked panels and lasers. When the chest core is exposed, activate Metal Soul and unleash high-damage PAs (such as Giga Cannon) to focus fire and secure victory.
